FIND YOUR STARTING POINT

From business challenge
to a useful next step.

Choose the support that fits your current stage. Each engagement starts with a defined problem, agreed scope and a way to assess progress.

Explore AI opportunities

If your team is considering AI but has not chosen a use case, start with a review of workflows, data readiness and measurable outcomes. Compare options before investing in a pilot.

AI strategy and readiness

Take a pilot into production

A promising prototype needs an operating foundation. Address model serving, retrieval, permissions, evaluation and monitoring, then connect the solution to your existing applications.

AI infrastructure and operations

Build or modernize a product

Turn a product idea or a difficult legacy workflow into a delivery plan. Connect application development, system integrations and testing around the user journeys that matter most.

Custom software development

Improve delivery reliability

When releases are slow or operations depend on manual work, examine the path from code to production. Prioritize pipeline automation, repeatable environments and useful operational visibility.

DevOps and cloud consulting

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Working with Greysis.

Based in Istanbul, we work with businesses across borders. Tell us about your product, current systems and the change you want to make.

How do we choose between AI consulting, infrastructure and integration?

Start with consulting when you need to select and validate a use case. Infrastructure covers hosting, retrieval and operating the workload. Integration connects AI to an application or workflow. An engagement can combine these services when the dependencies and objectives are clear.

Can you improve an existing application?

Yes. We begin by understanding its architecture, critical workflows and delivery constraints. The next step may be a focused assessment, an integration, better test coverage or an incremental modernization plan, depending on the problem.

What should we share in an initial conversation?

Describe the business goal, who uses the system, the main pain points and any constraints on data, timing or infrastructure. Existing documentation and representative examples help us propose a useful scope. Avoid sharing sensitive production data before agreeing on an appropriate process.

How are scope, cost and handover agreed?

We discuss the expected outputs, dependencies and responsibilities before work begins. Estimates depend on the scope and existing environment. Documentation, access, knowledge transfer and ongoing support needs should be included in that conversation so your team knows what it will own.
